Rabindra Garg is dedicated to his factory and did his graduation in 1998. He joined Kalka Rubber Works based in Chandigarh and worked there for fifteen years. He decided to start his own venture and in 1992 he set up a factory at Ballabhgarh. Today Unique Rubber Udyog is a leading manufacturer of rubber molded parts and 95% filter rubber parts. They have added electrical appliances to their list of products. |

The company took ISO 900/2000 certification on 16th October 1998. At present the company is TS16949 before one and a half years. But there awards tally doesn’t stops there they receive may others like Renewed ISO 9001:2000 from TUV Germany in 2002 also from the same organization they have received ISO-9002 Certificate in 1998. The most recent award is ISO/TS: 16949:2002 Certification that too by TUV Germany. Apart from these awards they have received many certificates & Quality awards in regular intervals. They upgrade their products regularly and that s why they manufacture 1.5 crore pieces which are equivalent to 50 tons. |
| Their annual turn over is 10 crore. Their current growth rate is 20% of the total capacity. And at the moment their total utilization is 95%. They are exporting their products to places like Abu Dhabi, Pakistan and Oman. Their list of clients includes Purolator India ltd., Elofic Industries Ltd. Mahalay Filter ltd., Fleet Guard and MICO vendors. Sailesh Garg, Rabindra Garg’s brother also works with the company, which he joined after two years and he has had worked for Kaell Gears Pvt. Ltd. For over 13 years as an accounts officer. He also worked with Alfa Toyo as a senior Accountant. |
