Currently his two sons Surendra Saini & Rakesh Saini have also become the active parts of the organization. One is looking after the purchases while other is looking after sales & marketing. Jogindra Machine Tools is looking to go for the ISO 9001:2000 certification with in couple of years. Jogindra Machine Tools has sold their machine all over the country & also started exports to Harare, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Nepal, Kenya, Bangladesh and Pakistan etc. Currently they are planning to put some plants at New Delhi to increase there sales. Also Jogindra Machine Tools is not very happy with the Government regarding the Electricity issues they need Government to give a serious thought over this issue.
