Amrik Singh the proprietor of Amrik Engineering Works (Regd.) is very workaholic person and usually never got any free time but whenever he get some he likes to spend same in religious activities. He did ITI from Bareli (U.P.) in 1982 and in just two years he came to Ludhiana in 1984. He then joined the Longia Steel works & served the firm for 2 years after which he served Voltex Electrical Engineering For 10 years. After some what 12 years of experience in this line he started off with his own business under the banner of Amrik Engineering Works (Regd.). 
The main manufacturing range of Amrik Engineering Works (Regd.) includes Tumbler drier G\Hydro Extractor, Milling machine, Stream press, Fabric Inspection Table, Tubler Drier, dyeing & hosiery machines etc. Some of their popular machines are Shearing Grading unit, Cloth Rolling Machine, Stream Press Double Bed, Tool Cloth Cutting Machine, balloon pole dryer and hydro extractor etc. With a huge working area of 250 square yards firm is equipped wit all necessary machines.  

Amrik Engineering Works (Regd.) is planning to take the prestigious ISO 9001: 2000 certification with in coming one year or so. Firm has their own designs and also their specialty is that they provide at the minimum of 5 years of warranty and also they put four bearing in hydro extractor. As for most of Indian small scale industries Amrik Engineering Works (Regd.) is also fighting with the bad shape of power. Firm is looking ahead for exports in near future.
