He was doing government job priors to leading the firm Sapna Enterprises. In his service time he was dealing into the technical side & controlling all the laboratories & heat treatment plants all over the Punjab. He left the government service in 1999. |

Chugh the quality of laboratory products has improved a lot compared to the time of his job period but he thinks still some improvement are required. He is happy that there are many government development centers are emerging in Punjab. Currently R. R.
