Naresh Dhiman is very troubled by the hike of raw material pricing and also from skilled labor problem. He also believes that the future of his firm is very right & it can compete with the Chinese counterparts which are invading Indian markets. He also thinks that government is not supportive as it hasn’t provided him an industrial plot even after 13 years of existence of his firm. Pilania Engg. Works is also exporting its products to lot of countries indirectly though. |
