After his basic studies ion the year 1972 he joined Punj Loyad for one year & then served precision stamping for 10 years from 1973 to 1983. Finally he established A. S. Machine Tools in the year 1983 in order to grow more. |

Mohd. Asif, the younger son of Hakim Ali is with his father & is currently taking care of the products ion department of the firm. In the near future first aim of the firm is to grab the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification which they are very confident to grabbing; also they are looking to increase their production. Hakim Ali expects some financial helps from government and according to him the only problem faced by firm is of shortage of skill labor. He also thinks that Chinese products are not of quality and that’s why he isn’t afraid of them. |
