| K. K. Arora started his career with Hemla Embroidery as a trainee where he worked in their tool room afterwards he worked for Jindal Rubber and Thompson Press for more than 30 years. He started of own in 1996 with the guidance of his younger brother Gurde |

Later on he diversified into manufacturing sheet metal components for Venus Stamping. Recently his son Jatin Arora has joined him to help in daily activities that is also pursing MBA. He has installed grinder and milling machine to undertake more job work |
| Due to increase in price of steel has also hampered the growth. But still they had made significant name in manufacturing in pillar set, punches, dowel pins and cylindrical grinder. |
