While providing service, many entrepreneurs encouraged him to become consultant which he did by establishing Vinay Engineers & Traders in 1999 for Manufacturering of All type Shot Blasting Machines, Sand Blasting Machine, Furnance, Burner, Blower, Main cooler, spare parts of Sand blasting Machines and shot blasting Machines & Hammer spare part, Wind Ventilators, Belt Friction Screw Press etc. |
| His all spare parts are made of grade IV Ni hard or manganese casting for less wear and tear including blade, rubber sheet wall liners, barrel head seal, bare wheel rotors, barrel head and endless rubber conveyor belts. |

Later on he has developed specialisation in job work that involves for reconditioning, erection, servicing and overhauling of the machine. Recently he has become dealer of Anabham Koteswara Rao & Sons for northern India. His wife Vimlesh Bhati helped him to grow a lot and provided lot of moral support. |
